Heartwood's Promises

As a death doula, professional chaplain, and ordained minister, Holly works within the codes of ethics and values of the National End of Life Doula Alliance, the Association of Professional Chaplains, and Holly’s own Unitarian Universalist faith and personal integrity.

In addition, Heartwood promises to be:

clear about what I do and don’t do,
dedicated to serving a few clients at a time to provide them the support they want,
upfront about my availability,
open to being told when I’m wrong,
committed to relational repair if needed, and
transparent about cost.
